Our Home Improvement Team is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with customers, provide expert advice on home improvement and DIY tools, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat formats, offering expert advice on home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, availability, pricing, and shipping information.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, trends, and promotions in the home improvement sector.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, contributing to the improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer issues and enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or home improvement sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with DIY tools and home improvement products is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
