Home Improvement Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Home Improvement Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about home improvement and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to customers through various channels.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order processing related to home improvement items.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail, home improvement, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
