Music Streaming Customer Support Specialist

Our organization seeks an individual to serve as a Music Support Representative for our music streaming platform. This role involves providing customer support via phone, email, and chat to users of the platform. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, have experience in customer service, preferably in the music or technology sectors, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work varied hours.
Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users of the music streaming platform via multiple channels.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription details, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform features and address user concerns.
- Provide customers with guidance on new features, playlists, and personalized recommendations.
- Gather feedback from users to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the music or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- A keen interest in music and understanding of streaming technologies.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
