German Speaking Music Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking individual to join our music streaming support team.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual with strong communication skills and a passion for music.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to German speaking users of our music streaming platform.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about account management, subscription plans, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Educate customers on how to maximize their use of the music streaming service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve the service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry.
  • Passion for music and familiarity with music streaming services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
