We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking customer support specialist to join our team. As a representative of a leading music streaming platform, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our users.

Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries related to the music streaming service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless listening experience.

You will work closely with the technical team to resolve complex inquiries and stay informed about new releases, features, and trends in the music industry.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in German for inquiries related to the music streaming platform
  • Troubleshoot technical issues faced by users
  • Guide customers in navigating the platform's features and functionalities
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve more complex inquiries
  • Stay informed about new releases, features, and trends in the music industry

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, particularly with streaming platforms, and knowledge of music genres and current trends.

Requirements
