We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Music Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding music and podcast services. This includes handling inquiries related to account setup, subscription management, and content accessibility. The specialist will also resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the entertainment or digital media sector.
- Strong interest in music and podcasts, with the ability to articulate this passion to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
