**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will provide top-notch support to customers, ensuring a positive experience with our kitchen appliances and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product inquiries and issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen appliances and services to provide accurate information.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Prior customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not essential.
- A passion for helping people and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Tech-savviness, with comfort using technology to assist customers and resolve their concerns efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a solutions-oriented approach.
