We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Cross Border Talents in Athens, Greece. As an International Sales Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by leveraging your exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and fluency in Latin American Spanish.

About the Role:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.
  • Conduct cold calling and upselling activities to maximize sales potential.
  • Bias for action: take ownership of your sales activities and achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue growth through effective account management and new business development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Latin American Spanish (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English at a B2 level.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Gross Salary: €17,000 per annum (approximately $18,700 USD).
  • Overtime is paid at time and half rate or double time and a half during holiday periods.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days of paid leave per year.
  • Meal Allowance: 50 meal voucher ticket per month.

  • Performance Bonus: Earn additional rewards based on your sales performance.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
