Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Arabic language sales specialist to join our business development team in Athens. This individual will play a crucial role in engaging with businesses in Arabic-speaking markets, building strong relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.


About the Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in these markets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, leveraging exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B cloud sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A results-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a performance bonus structure. Our benefits package includes:
