Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and account management.

About the Role
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and prospects.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals within established timeframes.
Sales Execution
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are meticulously documented in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
