Business Development and Client Solutions Manager Athens Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development and Client Solutions Manager to join our team in Athens. This role requires an individual with strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving revenue growth.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Adobe products and services, collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, and providing product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of Adobe solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Adobe products, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
- Earn a progressive salary based on experience:
- 1 year in b2b sales - 1760 euros monthly plus 2 extra salaries on Christmas and Easter.
- Plus a performance bonus (up to 20%), comprehensive health insurance, and 25 days of annual leave.
- Contract: Permanent contract.
- Other Allowances: 50 euros meal voucher ticket per month.
- Fully-paid training - 3 weeks.
- Hybrid in Athens.
Relocation Package:
- 3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office.
- Up to 300 euros support for the ones moving from abroad (1st payment).
- Legal support with hiring documents.
