Job Description

As a key member of our Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' happiness. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in using our products effectively, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and professional support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, utilizing tools like Asana to stay organized and focused.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, helping customers find answers quickly and easily.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and functionality, becoming an expert in our platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English language skills (native or near-native level).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a software company.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, develop creative solutions, and communicate them effectively.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evening shifts and occasional on-site presence.
