Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on handling inbound queries and providing timely resolutions to customers' concerns. This includes responding to calls, chats, and tickets from restaurant partners and end-customers, resolving issues related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Finnish is highly desirable. Previous experience in customer service is not required, but a background in the field is considered an asset.

You will be working in a dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, with full training provided by certified instructors.
