Customer Experience Expert

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer journey by translating business goals into actionable strategies. Your expertise in CRM and customer journeys will help us create seamless, personalized experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer journey plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Drive performance through personalization, A/B testing, and lifecycle automations.
- Act as a client advisor, aligning teams and communicating clearly across touchpoints.
- Support pre-sales efforts and help grow existing accounts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, customer journeys, or digital marketing.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
- Solid grasp of marketing data flows, KPIs, and platform integrations.
- Comfortable with SQL and customer data platforms.
- Clear communicator in Greek and English, with a consulting mindset.
- Agile team experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
