Job Title: Sustainability Advocate
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking an exceptional German-speaking customer service professional to join our Eco-Friendly Products team.
About the RoleThis pivotal position involves engaging with customers who are passionate about sustainability and environmentally friendly products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns while promoting eco-friendly practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service in German, responding to inquiries related to eco-friendly products and sustainable practices.
- Product Support: Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and resolve post-purchase inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for seamless information flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Eco-Friendly Products team to stay informed about new products, promotions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage in proactive outreach to customers, following up on inquiries and providing relevant information to enhance their experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and eco-friendly practices to better assist customers and promote our initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and customer service skills.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience: Experience in customer service, particularly in the eco-friendly or retail sector, is highly advantageous.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions promptly.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer care.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- Sustainability Commitment: A commitment to sustainability and an interest in eco-friendly products is a significant plus.
