Dutch Speaking Sustainability Advocate

Are you passionate about sustainability and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking representative to join our Eco-Friendly Products Department. In this role, you will assist customers in exploring our range of eco-friendly products, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional support.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels.
- Help customers understand the benefits and features of eco-friendly products.
- Efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for ongoing service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of sustainability and service excellence.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be stated in your application.
- A genuine passion for eco-friendly products and environmental sustainability.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, proactive attitude.
- A desire to learn about sustainable practices and share that knowledge with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment focused on making a positive impact.
