- Contribute positively to our brand image while engaging with clients and providing knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in eco-friendly products or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and manage client inquiries patiently.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
