Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and assisting Nordic-speaking clients with their subscription needs.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding subscription services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with queries related to subscription management, billing, account inquiries, and service features.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Educate customers about subscription plans, promotions, and updates to enhance their user experience.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to support continual service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services or similar sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
