Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support representative in our Subscription-Based Services Department. In this role, you will provide high-level support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their subscriptions and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of subscription offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends and provide insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription-based environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to various customer needs and complaints.
