We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and assisting German-speaking clients with their subscription inquiries.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients regarding subscription services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, billing, feature explanations, and service updates.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and enhance service processes.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide informed support.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription or service-based industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
