Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with subscription inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
- Educate customers about subscription features and benefits to maximize their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus.
