Italian Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance related to their subscriptions. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while helping to resolve any queries or concerns they may have. If you are fluent in Italian and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscription services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate clients on service features and assist them in making the most of their subscriptions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Ability to address customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
