In this role, you will be pivotal in providing support to customers who are looking to make reservations, change flight details, or inquire about airline policies. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service in your Nordic language, assisting customers with booking and reservation inquiries.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with care and attention, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with ground staff and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Stay informed on airline policies, procedures, and destination information to provide customers with accurate details.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers, guiding them through the booking process and enhancing their travel experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required, along with strong English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is highly beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assist customers professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurately handling customer bookings.
- A genuine interest in travel and the airline sector, with a desire to help customers have a positive experience.
