Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in Spanish, assisting travelers with their reservations, inquiries, and changes to itineraries.
- Guide customers through the booking process, providing accurate information about flights, fares, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive travel experience for every client.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the reservation system.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and support for customers.
- Stay informed about airline routes, policies, and promotions to provide customers with the best options and recommendations.
- Participate actively in training and development to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English, both spoken and written, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to engage with customers effectively.
- A dedicated problem-solver who thrives on challenges and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills for documenting customer inquiries accurately and managing reservations.
