Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in German, addressing inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with the reservation process, ensuring they have all necessary information for their travel plans.
- Handle booking issues and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed about airline policies, flight schedules, and travel regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with customers.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations promptly.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help customers plan their journeys will be beneficial.
