Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer service to German-speaking clients regarding airline reservations.
- Handle inquiries, manage bookings, and assist with ticketing issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and travel-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system to ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in airline regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
