Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, assisting with flight bookings, inquiries, and changes to reservations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to travel plans promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all necessary information is documented in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service efficiency.
- Keep informed about airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Engage in proactive follow-ups with customers to enhance their experience and meet their travel needs.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that foster positive interactions with customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to assist customers in creating memorable experiences.
