Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries about eco-friendly products and their benefits.
- Assist customers with order processing, product recommendations, and resolving any issues regarding their purchases.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately, ensuring continuous improvement of service quality.
- Educate customers about sustainable practices and eco-friendly options available within the product range.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay customer feedback for product development and service enhancement.
- Stay informed about new eco-friendly products, company initiatives, and environmental sustainability trends to assist customers effectively.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for knowledge in sustainability or eco-friendly products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers make informed choices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage positively with customers.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in environmental sustainability and a commitment to promoting eco-friendly practices.
