This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and environmentally friendly products, and who wish to make a positive impact through their work. As a key member of our team, you will support Spanish-speaking customers by providing outstanding service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns related to eco-friendly products. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to eco-friendly products and practices.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Stay informed about eco-friendly product offerings, industry trends, and company sustainability initiatives to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Engage with customers proactively to educate them on the benefits of eco-friendly products and encourage sustainable practices.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of eco-friendly products and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a retail or eco-friendly product environment.
- Passion for sustainability and a solid understanding of environmentally friendly practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
