Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer service to German-speaking clients regarding eco-friendly products.
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and sustainable practices.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and eco-friendly innovations to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and technology.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards customer engagement.
