Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in Italian, assisting customers with inquiries related to eco-friendly products and sustainable practices.
- Guide customers through product selection, explaining the benefits and features of each eco-friendly option.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, offering viable solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and service improvement.
- Collaborate with the eco-friendly products team to stay informed about new products and sustainability initiatives.
- Engage with customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge about eco-friendly solutions and improve service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the eco-friendly or sustainable products sector, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing high-quality customer care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and articulate product benefits.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
