Your primary responsibility will be to assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns, all while promoting our commitment to eco-friendly practices. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in German, responding to inquiries related to eco-friendly products and sustainable practices.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and address any post-purchase inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- Collaborate with the Eco-Friendly Products team to stay informed about new products, promotions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Engage in proactive outreach to customers, following up on inquiries and providing relevant information to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and eco-friendly practices to better assist customers and promote our initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the eco-friendly or retail sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer care.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A commitment to sustainability and an interest in eco-friendly products is a significant plus.
