Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in French, answering inquiries related to eco-friendly products and sustainability practices.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and provide solutions to any issues they may face.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality and product offerings.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in eco-friendly products and sustainability to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers through various channels to ensure their needs are met and promote customer loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the eco-friendly or retail sectors, is highly desirable.
- A strong passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products will be beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
