Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Eco-Friendly Products Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present a rewarding opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Eco-Friendly Products Department. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to promoting sustainable products and practices while providing outstanding service to our Spanish-speaking customers. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries regarding eco-friendly products, offering knowledgeable support and helping to enhance their customer experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries and providing information about eco-friendly products.
- Assist customers with orders, product recommendations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of eco-friendly products to promote environmentally responsible choices.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in sustainable products and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the eco-friendly or green products sector, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with customers effectively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products will be a definite plus.
