Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish, responding to inquiries related to grocery deliveries, product availability, and account management.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and courteous manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining records in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work closely with delivery teams and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers through various channels to enhance their experience and resolve any potential issues.
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the grocery or food delivery industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with customers.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for helping customers and a willingness to learn about grocery products and services.
