Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present a unique opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this role, you will be integral in providing top-level customer support to clients using our client's grocery delivery service. Your main responsibilities will include assisting French-speaking customers with their inquiries, order management, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in French, addressing inquiries related to grocery delivery services, orders, and products.
- Assist customers with placing orders, managing delivery schedules, and resolving any issues related to their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and service expectations.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and service updates to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
- Engage with customers proactively, following up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the grocery or food delivery sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate order management.
- A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn about grocery products and delivery processes.
