This position requires relocation to Greece, even if some of the positions offered are remote within Greece. A valid EU passport or ID is required, and a residence permit is not enough, unless you already live in Greece.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian for mobile banking-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues regarding mobile banking applications
- Educate customers about mobile banking features and security measures
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the support system
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of inquiries
- Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- A commitment to providing excellent service and support
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Valid EU passport or ID. A residency card is not enough unless you are already based in Greece.
