Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in German for mobile banking inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues related to mobile banking applications
- Educate customers on finding solutions to their banking needs using mobile technology
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or technology sectors, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of mobile banking platforms and applications is a plus
