Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about home improvement and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. You will be the first point of contact for customers across Nordic countries, assisting them with their inquiries about DIY tools and home improvement products. Your expertise and support will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support in Nordic languages, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
- Assist customers with product selection, order inquiries, and technical support, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Document interactions with customers accurately, maintaining organized records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability for customers.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in home improvement and new product offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills continuously.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, ideally in the home improvement or DIY sector, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on providing high-quality customer experiences.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward addressing customer needs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- A passion for home improvement and DIY projects will be highly beneficial in effectively assisting customers.
