In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers across various Nordic countries, assisting them with inquiries related to health and wellness products offered by a renowned brand. Your expertise in customer service will play a crucial role in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty in this growing sector. Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support in a Nordic language, addressing inquiries about health and wellness products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, product selection, and any issues related to their purchases.
- Document customer interactions meticulously, maintaining records of inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to convey customer feedback and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about the latest health and wellness trends and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Engage proactively with customers to foster a positive experience and encourage repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge of health and wellness products and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness will be advantageous, along with a willingness to learn about related products.
