This role is tailored for individuals who have a passion for fashion and excellent communication skills in Nordic languages. You will serve as a vital link between the brand and its customers, providing tailored support for inquiries related to products, orders, and general fashion advice. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish), addressing inquiries related to fashion products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and tracking of shipments, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Collaborate with the fashion and apparel team to stay updated on product launches, trends, and promotional campaigns.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to follow up on inquiries and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or fashion, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
  • A keen interest in fashion and current trends, with the ability to provide style advice to customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
