Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, and general product information while maintaining a positive rapport.
  • Document interactions accurately, ensuring that customer feedback and issues are captured for future improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as logistics and warehousing, to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, product offerings, and seasonal campaigns to effectively assist customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, creating a personalized shopping experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage professionally with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and assist customers clearly.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and apparel trends and a passion for helping customers find their desired products.
