Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service in Nordic languages, addressing client inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding services, aligning solutions with their business needs, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all communications are documented in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and SEO teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide informed support to customers.
- Engage proactively with clients, following up on inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing practices and solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing customer records accurately.
- A keen interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn about the latest SEO strategies.
