French Speaking Customer Service for Digital Marketing

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing support and guidance regarding digital marketing and SEO services. Your expertise will help clients maximize their online presence and achieve their marketing goals. Key Responsibilities- Offer exceptional customer support in French, assisting clients with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their marketing objectives.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to address complex client issues and provide timely responses.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO strategies to inform and advise clients effectively.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and to provide additional support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer interaction processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or a related field, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on delivering optimal customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer documentation.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and SEO will be beneficial, with a willingness to learn continuously.
