Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in German, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing strategies and SEO solutions.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their campaigns, offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that all inquiries and resolutions are tracked.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to gather insights and relay important information to customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Engage proactively with clients to build relationships and enhance their experience with our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of digital marketing practices and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within digital marketing or related industries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and SEO, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
