Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an amazing entry-level opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Care representative in our Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department, based in Greece with free relocation
This role is perfect for individuals interested in the dynamic world of digital marketing and eager to provide exceptional customer support.
As a Customer Care representative, you will assist our German-speaking clients with inquiries related to our digital marketing and SEO services. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience as they interact with our solutions and services.

Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our digital marketing and SEO offerings
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about digital marketing trends and best practices
- Help improve customer engagement strategies and user experiences based on feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for assisting clients
- Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and technology is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service applications are preferred
