Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in German, assisting clients with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
  • Help clients with troubleshooting issues, onboarding processes, and understanding the impact of our services on their business.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring customer records are maintained in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries and technical issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Engage proactively with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your understanding of products and improve customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, with strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the digital marketing or SEO field, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in maintaining customer records.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn about new strategies and tools.
