Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish to clients inquiring about digital marketing and SEO services.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, technical support, and service requests, ensuring satisfaction at all stages.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to resolve more complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide relevant information to clients.
- Engage proactively with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing concepts and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or technology-related fields, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
