In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to promoting a healthier lifestyle through high-quality wellness products. As a representative, you will assist customers from Nordic countries in their inquiries, ensuring they receive the support and information they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness products. Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary customer support in your native Nordic language, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placements, and post-purchase support, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system, maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues swiftly and effectively.
- Keep informed about the latest trends and product information in health and wellness to provide accurate assistance.
- Engage proactively with customers, gathering feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery.
- Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) along with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the health and wellness sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer issues.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness products, with a willingness to learn about new offerings.
