Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Online Travel

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. In this role, you will be the point of contact for customers from Nordic countries, assisting them in planning their dream vacations and providing support for tour package inquiries. As a passionate advocate for travel and tourism, you will help customers navigate their options and ensure they receive personalized assistance tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian), assisting clients with inquiries related to travel and tour packages.
- Help customers with booking processes, itinerary changes, and general travel advice to enhance their travel experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service offerings and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or customer concerns.
- Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and company offerings to provide customers with accurate information.
- Engage with customers proactively to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate travel solutions.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns targeting Nordic markets.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel and tourism industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- A genuine interest in travel and tourism, with a willingness to learn about new destinations and products.
